How It Works

When Water is added to puff concrete multiple chemical reaction begins (Aeration, Exothermic & Ettringite Process). And makes Puff Concrete Light Weight, Strong & Durable Construction Material.

PROCEDURE TO CONSTRUCT PUFF CONCRETE WALL / PANEL

Provide both side shuttering to proposed wall / panel to be construct.
Open bag & empty it to bucket.
Mix thouroughly with mechanical mixer adding about 0.45 times.
Pump the prepared slurry to half of the shuttering volume.
About 2-3 hours it fills the entire volume.
After 24 hours de-shuttring is done.
Water curing is done for 6-7 days.
