Sunk Filling
Sunken slabs are always filled with Puff concrete for homogenous and monolithic purpose.
Cast in-situ wall for super structure
Shuttering is provided on both sides of proposed super structure, conduits if any are fixed within shuttering, Opening if any are provide in shuttering, then puff concrete mixed with mechanical mixer with water at the ratio of 0.45 times of dry mix. It is then poured 2/3 of volume of shuttering. After 2-3 hours aeration process results in complete filling of shuttering area.
Cast in-situ wall for exterior
Shuttering is provided on both sides of proposed wall, for design on exterior surface design in lays are inserted Inside of exterior side shuttering. Fiber reinforcement are provided for larger span of more than 3.0 mt in width, more than 2.0 mt in height.

Puff concrete is very good replacement for gfrc as puff concrete is cheaper and light weight compared to gfrc.
